Tomato soup with rice
(Recipe recommended for older children 9 months)


  • 50 g rice
  • one tablespoon oil
  • one tablespoon chopped parsley
  • a pinch of salt


Peel the onion and carrot and cut into large chunks.
Boil for 15 minutes in 1 liter of water.
After 15 minutes, remove the onion and carrot (possibly strain the soup into another pot).
Choose rice, wash in several waters and boil the soup strained.
Boil tomatoes separately for 10 minutes in a little water with a pinch of salt.
When you are ready to pass through the sieve.
When the rice has cooked, add the sieved tomatoes, oil and a pinch of salt.
May leave to give some boiled.
Serve with chopped parsley.

Tomato soup

  • 750 ml water
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 large onion
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 30 g rice
  • one tablespoon butter
  • 10 g of fresh herbs (parsley, dill)
  • 3 g salt


Onion, carrot and green pepper cleaned and washed.
Chop vegetables, boil in water for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile wash the tomatoes, Peel and finely chop.
Add the broth and simmer 10 minutes.
Strain the soup, purée vegetables and together bring to a boil again.
Add rice choice of any impurities and washing.
Cook until rice is tender.
Place salt, butter and finely chopped herbs.

Potato soup
(Recipe for children older than 6 months)


  • 500 ml water
  • 100 g potatoes
  • 25 g carrot
  • 10 g onion
  • parsley
  • 5 ml oil
  • 1 g salt
  • 10 g sour cream (optional)

Boil water with oil and salt.
It begins to boil add carrots and parsley root peeled, washed and grated data.
After half cooked add onion and potatoes peeled, washed and cut into small cubes.
Cook until potatoes are broken.
Finally add parsley.
Add sour cream as desired and mix well.
