- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 liter of water
- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- 50 g rice

- one tablespoon chopped parsley

Peel the onion and carrot and cut into large chunks.
Boil for 15 minutes in 1 liter of water.
After 15 minutes, remove the onion and carrot (possibly strain the soup into another pot).
Choose rice, wash in several waters and boil the soup strained.
Boil tomatoes separately for 10 minutes in a little water with a pinch of salt.
When you are ready to pass through the sieve.
When the rice has cooked, add the sieved tomatoes, oil and a pinch of salt.
May leave to give some boiled.
Serve with chopped parsley.

- 750 ml water

Boil water with oil and salt.
