Mashed potatoes can be baby’s first step towards a more consistent food. This i can add different types of fruits or vegetables. Pears are rich in vitamins, therefore, added to the classic mashed potatoes, ensuring optimal intake of nutrients for your baby.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Small potatoes
  • 1 to 2 pears

Preparation:

Peeled potatoes and pear, then remove the solid walls, retaining only the pulp.
Boil potatoes and pear, cut into cubes to simmer.
When cooked, crush them in another bowl until you get a smooth paste.
If your baby does not like pears or want to diversify the menu, you can use instead of pears and other fruits such as bananas, apricots, and vegetables such as zucchini, cauliflower or broccoli.

Preparation:
