Pudding Baked potato with sour cream
(Recipe recommended for children older than one year)

- 6 medium potatoes
- 50 g cream cheese
- ½ cup of cream
- 1 clove of garlic pressed
- Half a tablespoon of butter
- Salt and chilli powder to taste
Clean, cut into cubes and boil potatoes. Once cooked, crush them in a bowl, using a mixer, then add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic and salt.
Mix everything until you get a fine composition. Stretch puree in a baking pan, grease it with butter and add on top, if desired, a little chilli powder.
Put the tray in the oven without covering it and leave it in baking for 30 minutes.
