  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 egg

Preparation:

Boil potatoes for 15-20 minutes in shell when water begins to boil.

Mix butter, warm milk and salt.

  • 200 ml water
  • 500 ml milk
  • 20 g sugar

Preparation:

Ingredients:

  • 150 g cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:

Mix flour with cold milk.
Place on heat and stir constantly.
When connected, add the butter and remove from heat.
Mix well until smooth, then allow to cool.
When cool add egg yolks, one at a time, mixing well after each.
Add grated cheese and small, then add whipped egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Composition is placed in a form well greased with butter.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 45-50 minutes.
Serve after 10 minutes when removed from the oven.
You can serve with cream.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Wash apples, peel and cut into slices.
In a saucepan put butter and sugar placed in a uniform and above apple slices.
