Bruschetta with turkey bacon
(Recipe recommended for children older than two years)
To convince him little to eat in the morning we propose to prepare the bruschetta toast form. Requires only 15 minutes to prepare, you can use ingredients you already have in your refrigerator or your baby are favorites.
- 6 slices of toast
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- a handful of olives
- turkey bacon
- cheese (preferably sliced or grated)
Fry bread in the toaster.
Place slices on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, pour over them a few drops to a teaspoon of olive oil.
In blender, make a mixture of 2 tablespoons of olive oil, two tomatoes, oregano, garlic and salt to taste.
Pour mixture over bread slices.
Add diced ham or sliced turkey, sliced olives and sliced them and finally cheese.
Put in pre heated oven tray and leave it for 10-15 minutes, until cheese melts and sauce changes color.
