Today I’ll stop on a turkey recipes as simple as it is delicious, a very healthy baked stew, suitable both to small and great. Turkey is nourishing, has more protein, but not abundant in fat and chicken. Although more expensive, it is a much healthier option for feeding a child.

Cut the flesh into cubes larger turkey, onions, peppers, tomatoes into small cubes.
Put them all into a deeper pan, add 1 cup water and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Put the tray in the oven. After half an hour with half a glass of water, add thinly sliced ​​garlic.
Leave it in the oven for 20 minutes.

I served the stew with baked beans and peppers beaten.
