Trout with steamed vegetables
(Recipe recommended for children older than one year)
Trout is excellent as the start weaning babies over.
Some experts recommend it since the early diversification (if no allergies in the family or pediatrician does not recommend otherwise).
- 2 small fresh trout for aquaculture (get about 3 servings)
- pepper (or whatever other vegetables you prefer gnome)
- dill (I still do not add salt to food)
- extra virgin olive oil
Steam cook it for 20 minutes.
Afterwards clean the bones and skin fish (trout has the disadvantage that has many small bones, but extremely flavorful taste compensates).
You can serve dwarf seasoned with a little cream.
Represents an excellent meal at an excellent way 18 or two for lunch.
