Sweet potatoes are healthy and can be served both as a snack and as dessert after lunch. They are very easy to prepare and the ingredients they contain are handy!

After you have cleaned and boiled potatoes, crush them in a bowl and add the egg and flour.
Stir until mixture is smooth, and if you want to add extra flavor, you can add a little cheese.
Heat a pan and put potatoes when olive oil is heated.
When potatoes turn a amber color, you can take the heat and sit on a plateau that you settled beforehand, kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
