Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 small celery, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 150 g sliced ​​mushrooms
  • teaspoon paprika
  • one teaspoon salt
  • a little pepper

Preparation:

Clean, cut into cubes and boil potatoes. Let the fire until tender, then drain the water.
In a pan when you put olive oil on medium heat cook celery, red pepper and garlic for 2-3 minutes, then add mushrooms and let all the heat for another 4-5 minutes.
Add potatoes, paprika, salt and pepper, place in a baking dish and put in the oven until they turn copper-colored.
