Potato crackers are a great snack for your child, being both tasty and healthy. Also, potato biscuits not kidnap you time and energy, so you’ll be able to enjoy and show your baby while cooking.
Clean, cut potatoes into cubes and boil for 15-20 minutes, until they are soft.
After cooking, drain the water and crush them.
In another bowl, mix the butter with the sugar until smooth, then add egg, cream and potatoes.
Put flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle of it, then pour mixture obtained in another bowl and gradually incorporate flour until you get a dough.
If needed, add milk or cream.
Place dough on a floured surface and shape it so that you get a thin roll, then cut it into rings of medium thickness.
You can also try to make the dough sheets that you cut them in different shapes as attractive for your baby.
Place biscuits on a baking tray greased with oil and leave them in baking for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
