Mushrooms stuffed with eggs and cheese are delicious baked and have a great quality that will delight little: they are fluffy. Cheese mixed with eggs will not be sticky, but will provide a texture that will appeal to a child.
Clean and rinse the mushrooms. Remove their stems. Put cleaned mushrooms in a pan that you put in beforehand baking paper greased with butter or oil.
Cook mixture for filling: put the robot stems from mushrooms, cheese, egg and salt to taste and mix well until smooth. Add the mushroom mixture. Then decorate each mushroom with olive slices.
Put the tray in the oven for 45 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
Serve with egg and cheese stuffed mushroom cold.
