- 150 gr peas
- 150 grams of cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- some fresh dill threads
Boil peas until it becomes tender, about 30-40 minutes. Then we give food processor until it is doughy, then pass through a sieve to remove skins. A mix with cheese and put on fire 15 minutes, stirring continuously.
Put puree back into the blender and mix with sour cream and dill.
