- 200 gr beef or chicken liver
- 40 gr butter
- 5 grams salt
- 1/2 dill now (in children over 1 year)
Liver washed, outer husks clean, wipe with a wet cloth, bake in a greased with butter.
Cover pan with aluminum foil.
After approx. 20 minutes, remove from the oven, give the meat grinder or blender.
The add salt and butter, stirring until it makes a smooth paste.
It can be served both hot and cold smoothies with vegetables.
In children less than 1 year can stretch even the bread.
