Soup with meatballs
(Recipe recommended for older children 9 months)
- 1 kg beef bones
- 500 g beef
- 20 g rice
- 1 egg
- 10 g salt
- 100 g carrot
- 100 g parsley root
- 50 g celery
- 100 g onions
- 200 g tomatoes
- 20 g parsley
- 20 g fresh lovage
- 1/2 l borsch
- 4 l water
Well washed bones boil in salted water for 1 hour, then strain.
We obtained the soup boiled vegetables washed, peeled and diced.
Prepare meatballs, stirring minced meat with egg, rice and salt, then make small balls.
Add to soup with vegetables.
When meatballs and boiled vegetables, add cooked borsch separately, then tomatoes peeled and finely chopped.
They also allow to boil for 10 minutes, turn off heat and add chopped herbs.
