Semolina pudding with apples
(Recipe for older children 9 months)
- 250 g apples
- 50 g sugar
- 25 g butter
- 250 ml milk
- 15 g semolina
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- a pinch salt knife
Wash apples, peel and cut into slices.
In a saucepan put butter and sugar placed in a uniform and above apple slices.
Bake at medium heat.
After about 15 min, when sugar is caramelized, remove the pan from the oven and leave to one side.
Meanwhile boil the milk with the vanilla sugar and salt.
When milk starts to boil, add semolina ‘in the Rain “, stirring constantly.
After the semolina cooked, leave to cool, then mix with eggs, put one by one, beating well to blend composition.
This is poured over the apples again introducing pan in the oven to heat for 30-35 minutes, until pudding is golden brown.
Upside down on a platter and serve cold.
