Carrot Puree
(Recipe for older children 7 months)
Ingredients:
- 200 g carrot
- 50 ml milk
- one teaspoon butter
Preparation:
Carrots washed thoroughly cleaned, sliced, put in a saucepan, pour over them a large quantity of boiling water too and add sugar.
The simmer 30-40 minutes, adding water occasionally so as not to be caught.
How are hot, pass through a sieve, add semolina cooked in milk (or just milk) and salt.
Mash is put back on heat and you come up steam (not boil).
When from heat, add butter.
